What you will learn:

Creating a floral pattern as the foundation for your design.
Translating botanical forms into wax using simple, accessible techniques.

Tips for finishing your piece to look its best when cast in silver.

Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is perfect for those that would like to have a fun and creative afternoon together. Perhaps you might want to bring a friend or come on your own to learn a new skill and play with the wax. We will spend a little time getting to know each other at the beginning so you will all feel comfortable together. It is a lovely way to explore nature and take a dive into how flowers are made up.
There is no pressure to create a finished piece of wax flower, if you are excited to see what it looks like in silver then there is an added option to have it cast and finished by Lizzy in silver.
Suitable for 18 and over.

Flowers to deconstruct.
Paper and scissors
Wax for creating the flowers
Cutting mats and scalpels (which are not hard to use as the wax we will be using is very soft and forgiving).
Everything except for the cost of silver/finishing is included in the workshop.
