Delivery and returns
Last Orders for Christmas postage are:
7th December for: Worldwide
10th December for: USA
14th December for: Europe including Ireland
18th December for: UK (First Class Postage)
All orders (except customised items) will be sent out within 1-3 working days.
Custom orders will be made and shipped out within an agreed time frame to ensure that your order is made correctly and so that it gets to you for your required date. If you are interested in a customised item please have a look at the Custom information and please feel free to e-mail me to discuss your requirements.
Small flat items
Like Christmas decorations will be sent “Large letter Box” with Royal Mail at £1.65 UK, £3.65 Europe and £3.85 for the Rest of the World
All glass jewellery will be sent as “small parcel postage” with Royal Mail at £3.65 for the UK, £4.65 for Europe and £5.65 for the Rest of the World
All UK orders will be shipped 1st Class and should arrive within 1-2 working days after the dispatch date, 2nd Class orders should arrive 3-5 days after the dispatch date.
All European and World Wide orders will be shipped as normal airmail and can take up to 14 working days to arrive. Royal Mail states that they aim to deliver goods to Europe within 3-5 working days and the rest of the world 5-7 working days. But they do not guarantee that and advise that it could take up to 14 working days for goods to arrive.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Italian buyers please be aware of the list of items that are not allowed to be imported before making a purchase, I wouldn't want to disappoint you by not being able to ship.
If the item fails to arrive or is damaged please contact me and send photos of the contents and the condition of the box and I will sort this out for you as soon as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your item but should you wish to return the item for some reason, you have 14 working days after receiving the goods to let me know and send the goods back.
Unless the reason of the return is due to an error on my behalf, the buyer is responsible for the return postage and packaging, and must be sent back unworn, with tags and in a re-salable condition with tracking or delivery confirmation. Once the item is delivered back safely I will issue you with a full refund for the purchase price minus the delivery costs.
Custom and special orders are not returnable unless there are defects in the item(s). If you have a problem with a custom order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can do what I can to make it right for you.
