I was mesmerised by dandelion puffballs as a child. I loved how delicate they were and how the tiny fluff seeds would parachute away when you blew the dandelion clock. That feeling has stayed with me and I wanted to capture it here.
Inside the globe are real dried dandelion seeds, left loose so they can float and move gently as you wear the necklace. It makes each piece feel alive and a little bit magical, like having your own wishes in a bottle.
This is a bold statement pendant, but the seeds keep it feeling light and airy. Perfect for daydreamers, garden lovers and anyone who likes jewellery with a story.
This necklace is now £12 (was £30) as part of the Super Seconds Festival. It is a seconds piece because it uses a discontinued topper style that I no longer use in my current designs. It is a small detail that does not stop it being a beautiful, wearable necklace.
Handblown glass globe: 25mm (each one varies slightly)
Filled with real dried dandelion seeds (floating and loose inside the glass)
Silver plated top
Silver plated curb chain (made in the UK): 18" / 46cm or 20" / 51cm
